FAQs

What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for Australians with permanent and significant disabilities to access supports and services that improve independence, wellbeing, and participation in the community.

Who is eligible for NDIS services?

To access NDIS services, a participant must:

  • Have a permanent disability that significantly affects daily life,

  • Be under 65 years old when first applying, and

  • Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa.

Our team can help assess eligibility and guide you through the application process.

  • Respite & short-term care

  • Therapy support & complex care

All our services are tailored to each participant’s goals and preferences.

We can also assist with Plan Management and Support Coordination if you need help navigating your NDIS plan.

Can I get support if I am not NDIS-funded?
