Who We Are
Euroa Care is a boutique disability support provider based in South West Sydney, delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs. We offer a wide range of NDIS support services designed to promote independence, choice, and quality of life for people living with disability.
Why Euroa Care Exists
Euroa Care was founded from lived experience, professional expertise, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference. Today, we are committed to providing compassionate, reliable, and person-centred disability support services that enhance wellbeing, independence, and everyday life for our participants and their families.
Our Founder
My name is Jennifer, and I am the Founder and Director of Euroa Care. The inspiration behind Euroa Care began after the birth of my daughter, who was born with a disability. This life-changing experience led me to first-hand understand the challenges families face when navigating disability support and accessing the right services.
At the time, we were living in Canberra, one of the early NDIS trial sites. Through the support of the NDIS, I was able to receive assistance, return to work, and regain independence. This experience motivated our move to Sydney, where I began my career with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) as a Senior Planner.
After progressing through several roles, I moved into Support Coordination, where I worked closely with participants to help them access the NDIS, understand their plans, and achieve their goals. I found deep purpose in supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives with the same opportunities as everyone else.

Our team is made up of caring and compassionate disability support workers, including both experienced carers and dedicated management staff. We are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred disability support services by building genuine connections, listening carefully, and respecting individual needs and goals. Every day, we proudly support NDIS participants to live independently, safely, and confidently, with choice, dignity, and control at the centre of everything we do.
